Our Rewards Programme gives pupils the opportunity to earn points for demonstrating our three school values:

Earning Points
Pupils can earn rewards points when they go above and beyond in demonstrating one of our three school values.
Respect
We recognise pupils who consistently show respect to others and help to create a positive school environment.
This could include:
- Showing kindness and consideration towards others
- Supporting and encouraging classmates
- Demonstrating excellent manners
- Being a positive role model
- Showing respect for staff, pupils and our school environment
Community
We celebrate pupils who make a positive contribution to our school, local community and beyond.
Points can be awarded for achievements such as:
- Representing their school or local community
- Playing for local sports teams
- Representing their country at sport or other activities
- Making a positive contribution to clubs or organisations
- Helping others and giving back to their community
- Achieving success that brings recognition to their school or community
We want to celebrate the things our pupils do both inside and outside school.
Achievement
We recognise pupils who demonstrate commitment, determination and a desire to succeed.
Achievement isn’t just about being the best. It’s about personal progress, dedication and giving your very best.
Pupils may receive points for:
Outstanding academic achievement
Significant improvement

Sporting, musical, artistic or other achievements

See Your Rewards
Every rewards point earned is recorded on SIMS, allowing pupils to see their points through the Satchel One app.
This means pupils can keep track of their achievements and see how their hard work and positive contributions are being recognised throughout the school year.

We don’t just award points — we celebrate success together.
End-of-Term Rewards
At the end of each term, pupils have the opportunity to use their rewards towards exciting experiences and prizes.

Monthly Awards
Each month, we also recognise pupils who have shown exceptional commitment to our school and its values.
Our Monthly Awards celebrate those pupils who consistently dedicate themselves to making our school a better place — whether through their attitude, effort, achievements, contribution to the community or the way they support others.
More Than Points
Our rewards system is about much more than collecting points.
It is about recognising the pupils who make a difference.
Whether it is showing respect to a classmate, representing their community, achieving something they have worked hard for, supporting others or simply giving their very best every day, we want our pupils to know that their efforts are noticed and valued.
